The present invention relates to a system for controlling a side window of a smart farm, which comprises: a plurality of greenhouses covered with plastic films, whose side window is opened or closed by means of a winding motor; and an integrated control room controlling the drive of the winding motor in the plurality of greenhouses covered with the plastic films to control opening/closing of the side window of each greenhouse, wherein each greenhouse includes: a frame unit consisting of a plurality of vertical frames disposed in a longitudinal direction and a horizontal frame connecting the vertical frames horizontally; a plastic film covering the frame unit; a side window opening/closing unit having a winding shaft for winding the plastic film and the winding motor driving and rotating the winding shaft in a forward or a backward direction to open or close the side window; and a control board for each greenhouse, which communicates with the integrated control room to receive a signal of forward and backward driving of the winding motor and then transmit the signal to the winding motor, wherein the control board for each greenhouse includes a current sensor for sensing the amount of the current flowing through the winding motor and a local control unit blocking power supply to the winding motor when the amount of the current flowing through the current sensor exceeds a reference value. Accordingly, overload on the winding motor of each greenhouse is sensed to prevent the winding motor from being damaged.
본 발명은 스마트팜 측창제어시스템에 관한 것으로서, 권취모터에 의해 측창이 개폐되게 구비되는 복수동의 비닐하우스와; 상기 복수동의 비닐하우스의 권취모터의 구동을 제어하여 각 동의 측창의 개폐여부를 제어하는 통합제어실을 포함하며, 상기 각 동의 비닐하우스는, 길이방향을 따라 구비된 복수개의 수직프레임과, 상기 수직프레임을 수평하게 연결하는 수평프레임을 갖는 프레임부와; 상기 프레임부를 덮는 비닐과; 상기 비닐이 권취되는 권취축과, 상기 권취축을 정역 회전구동하여 측창을 개폐하는 권취모터가 구비된 측창개폐부와; 상기 통합제어실과 통신하며 상기 권취모터의 정역구동신호를 인가받아 상기 권취모터로 전달하는 각동제어반을 포함하며, 상기 각동제어반은, 상기 권취모터에 흐르는 전류량을 감지하는 전류센서와, 상기 전류센서에서 흐르는 전류량이 기준값을 초과하는 경우 상기 권취모터로의 전원공급을 차단하는 로컬제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
