Architectural panels using shells and loess and their manufacturing methods
The present invention relates to a construction panel using shells and loess, capable of having functionality to radiate far-infrared rays while being eco-friendly by using wasted shells and loess, and a manufacturing method thereof. In accordance with the present invention, the construction panel includes: a base panel made of wood; adhesive applied on an upper side of the base panel; a lower mixture formed by mixing a shell and loess combined with an upper side of the adhesive; a net coupled with the upper side of the lower mixture; and an upper mixture formed by mixing a shell and loess combined with the upper side of the net. Moreover, the manufacturing method includes: an adhesive application step of applying an adhesive to a base panel; a lower mixture coupling step of coupling a mixture formed by mixing a shell and loess with water on the upper side of the adhesive; a net placing step of placing a net on the upper side of the lower mixture; an upper mixture coupling step of coupling a mixture formed by mixing a shell and loess with water on the upper side of the net; and a drying step of drying the upper and lower mixtures.
본 발명은 패각과 황토를 이용한 건축용 판넬 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 버려지는 패각와 황토를 이용하여 친환경적이면서 원적외선을 방사할 수 있는 기능성을 갖도록 한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 목재 구성의 베이스패널과; 베이스패널 상측에 도포된 접착제와; 접착제 상측에 결합된 패각과 황토를 혼합하여 조성한 하부혼합물과; 하부혼합물 상측에 결합한 그물망과; 그물망 상측에 결합한 패각과 황토를 혼합하여 조성한 상부혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한 베이스패널에 접착제를 도포하는 접착제 도포단계와; 접착제 상측에 패각과 황토를 물과 함께 혼합하여 조성한 혼합물을 결합하는 하부혼합물 결합단계와; 하부혼합물 상측으로 그물망을 안치하는 그물망 안치단계와; 그물망 상측에서 패각과 황토를 물과 함께 혼합하여 조성한 혼합물을 결합하는 상부혼합물 결합단계와; 상부 및 하부혼합물을 건조하는 건조단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
