The present invention relates to a rectangular timber for construction using shell and loess and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention is to provide the rectangular timber used as an interior and exterior material for construction with excellent durability and light weight by using discarded shells and loess. The present invention comprises: a core material preparing step of canning such that a coupling pin is exposed to the outside in a state in which the coupling pins are formed to protrude from an iron plate; a paper inserting step of inserting paper into a molding frame capable of compressing four sides; a core material inserting step of locating the core material slidably coupled to a support shaft rod inside the paper; a mixture inputting step of filling a mixture obtained by mixing shell powder and loess powder into the molding frame so that the core material is wrapped in a state in which an adhesive is applied to the paper and the core material located inside the paper; a molding step of compressing the mixture wrapped by the paper from all sides with the molding frame; and a take-out step of releasing the pressurization of the molding frame, separating the support shaft rod coupled to the core material, and separating the completed rectangular timber for construction from the molding frame. The paper is attached to the outside, so there is no concern about the mixture being broken.
본 발명은 패각과 황토를 이용한 건축용 각재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 버려지는 패각와 황토를 이용하여 건축용 내/외장재로 사용하는 각재를 내구성이 우수하면서 경량화로 제공할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 철판에 결합핀이 돌출되도록 형성한 상태에서 결합핀이 바깥으로 노출되게 제관하는 심재 준비단계와; 사면(四面)이 압착 가능한 성형틀에 지류를 내입하는 지류 내입단계와; 지지축봉에 슬라이드 가능하도록 결합된 심재를 지류 내측에 위치시키는 심재 내입 단계와; 지류와 지류 내측에 위치한 심재에 접착제를 도포한 상태에서 심재가 감싸지도록 패각분말과 황토분말을 혼합한 혼합물을 성형틀 내에 채우는 혼합물 투입단계와; 지류에 의해 감싸진 혼합물을 성형틀로 사방에서 압착하는 성형단계와; 성형틀을 가압 해제하고 심재에 결합된 지지축봉을 분리하고 성형틀에서 완성된 건축용 각재를 분리하는 취출단계를 포함하는 제조방법 및 제조방법으로 제조한 건축용 각재를 제공한 것이다.
