The disclosed air dome having an exhaust system, as an inside air discharge unit for discharging and guiding inside air containing contaminated floating substances floating in an inner space sealed by a membrane material, comprises: an inside air flow guide tube disposed along an inner surface of the membrane material and formed open to one side along the axial direction; a discharge drive unit for discharging the inside air flowing inside the inside air flow guide tube to the outside; and a fixed band member bonded to the inner surface of the membrane material while wrapping the inside air flow guide tube.
