Disclosed is an automatic coupling apparatus for a gasket for securing window glass. The automatic coupling apparatus for a gasket for securing window glass, which automatically secures a gasket for securing window glass to a glass fixing bar. The automatic coupling apparatus comprises: a fixing bar transfer unit including several pairs of rollers respectively installed on the front surface of a body at intervals to mesh with each other and horizontally transfer the glass fixing bar having a predetermined length at a gasket insertion position in a longitudinal direction; a plurality of gasket supply units installed on the body corresponding to an upper portion of the fixing bar transfer unit and supplying a gasket, wound around a winding wheel, to the gasket insertion position; and a driving unit provided inside the body to drive the fixing bar transfer unit and the gasket supply unit. The driving unit drives the fixing bar transfer unit to pass the glass fixing bar to the gasket insertion position, and drives the gasket supply unit to supply the gasket to the gasket insertion position, so that while the glass fixing bar and the gasket pass through the gasket insertion position, the coupling protrusion of the gasket is automatically and continuously inserted into the insertion groove of the glass fixing bar. Therefore, the gasket for securing window glass can be automatically and continuously coupled to the glass fixing bar.
창문유리 고정용 가스켓 자동 결합장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 창문유리 고정용 가스켓 자동 결합장치는, 창문유리 고정용 가스켓을 유리 고정바에 자동으로 결합하기 위한 것으로, 소정의 길이를 갖는 상기 유리 고정바를 길이방향을 따라 가스켓 삽입위치를 수평 이송하도록 본체의 전면에 간격을 유지하여 서로 맞물리게 각각 설치되는 여러 쌍의 로울러로 이루어진 고정바 이송부; 상기 고정바 이송부의 상부에 해당하는 상기 본체에 설치되어 권취휠에 권취된 가스켓을 상기 가스켓 삽입위치로 공급하기 위한 다수개의 가스켓 공급부; 및 상기 고정바 이송부와 상기 가스켓 공급부를 구동하도록 상기 몸체 내부에 마련되는 구동부를 포함하고, 상기 구동부가 상기 고정바 이송부를 구동시켜 상기 유리 고정바를 상기 가스켓 삽입위치로 통과시키고, 상기 가스켓 공급부를 구동시켜 상기 가스켓을 상기 가스켓 삽입위치로 공급하여 상기 유리 고정바와 상기 가스켓이 상기 가스켓 삽입위치를 통과하는 과정에서 상기 가스켓의 결합돌부가 상기 유리 고정바의 삽입홈에 자동 연속 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 한다. .
