SAFETY UNIT OF QUICK COUPLER AND QUICK COUPLER FOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT WITH THIS

The present invention relates to a safety unit of a quick coupler, which is able to, when a coupling unit is coupled to an attachment, allow the coupling unit to grip the attachment in a stable manner by the working of hydraulic pressure, and a quick coupler for heavy equipment equipped with the same. To this end, the safety unit of the quick coupler is able to, when a first pin arranged on the attachment is hooked and coupled to an operation hook rotatably coupled to one side of the coupling unit and a second pin separated from the first pin and arranged on the attachment apart is hooked and coupled to a fixing hook arranged on the other side of the coupling unit, keep the coupled status of one or more of the first pin and the second pin in the coupling unit. The safety unit includes one or more of an operation safety unit supporting the operation hook and keeping the coupled status of the first pin on the operation hook when the first pin is hooked and coupled to the operation hook, and a fixing safety unit supporting the second pin and keeping the coupled status of the second pin on the fixing hook when the second pin is hooked and coupled to the fixing hook.

본 발명은 결합유닛에 어태치먼트가 결합될 때, 유압의 작용에 따라 결합유닛이 어태치먼트를 안정되게 파지하도록 하는 퀵커플러의 안전유닛과 이것이 구비된 중장비용 퀵커플러에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 퀵커플러의 안전유닛은 어태치먼트에 구비된 제1핀이 결합유닛의 일측에 회전 가능하게 결합된 가동후크에 걸림 결합되고, 제1핀에서 이격되어 어태치먼트에 구비된 제2핀이 결합유닛의 타측에 구비된 고정후크에 걸림 결합될 때, 결합유닛에서 제1핀과 제2핀 중 적어도 어느 하나의 걸림 결합 상태를 유지시키는 퀵커플러의 안전유닛이고, 안전유닛은 제1핀이 가동후크에 걸림 결합될 때 가동후크를 지지하여 가동후크에서 제1핀의 걸림 결합된 상태를 유지시키는 가동안전유닛과, 제2핀이 고정후크에 걸림 결합될 때 제2핀을 지지하여 고정후크에서 제2핀의 걸림 결합 상태를 유지시키는 고정안전유닛 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함한다.
