ROTATION UNIT OF QUICK COUPLER AND QUICK COUPLER FOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT WITH THIS

The present invention relates to a rotation unit for a quick coupler and a quick coupler for heavy equipment having the same. The rotation unit for a quick coupler is to minimize a gap between a connection unit and a detachable unit when the detachable unit is connected to rotate to the connection unit. Also, the rotation unit for a quick coupler is to improve strength. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the rotation unit for a quick coupler connects the detachable unit to rotate to the connection unit connected to be attached to and detached from an arm of heavy equipment, wherein an attachment is connected to the detachable unit to be attached and detached. A rotation unit includes: a ring guide connected to the connection unit; a ring gear inserted and connected to the ring guide to rotate while being coupled to the detachable unit; a support carrier installed in the ring gear, and having an internal space unit; and an internal gear connected to the connection unit to rotate while being inscribed in the ring gear in the internal space and geared.

본 발명은 연결유닛을 기준으로 탈착유닛이 회전 가능하게 결합될 때, 연결유닛과 탈착유닛 사이의 간격을 최소화하고, 강도를 향상시키기 위한 퀵커플러의 회전유닛과 이것이 구비된 중장비용 퀵커플러에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 퀵커플러의 회전유닛은 중장비의 암대에 탈부착 가능하게 결합되는 연결유닛을 기준으로 어태치먼트가 탈부착 가능하게 결합되는 탈착유닛을 회전 가능하게 결합시키는 퀵커플러의 회전유닛이고, 회전유닛은 연결유닛에 결합되는 링 형상의 링가이드와, 탈착유닛에 결합된 상태에서 링가이드에 회전 가능하게 끼움 결합되는 링기어와, 링기어의 내부에 구비되고 내접공간부가 형성되는 지지캐리어와, 내접공간부에서 링기어에 내접하여 치합된 상태에서 연결유닛에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 내접기어를 포함한다.
