The present invention relates to a soundproofing panel with increased watertightness and a soundproof tunnel equipped with the same, which facilitates the installation of a transparent plate to correspond to an upper part of the tunnel forming a normal arch shape and ensures watertightness inside the soundproofing panel. According to the present invention, the sound proofing panel with increased watertightness comprises: a frame consisting of a first transparent plate coupling part and a second transparent plate coupling part, and in which many are arranged at equal intervals along the upper width direction of the tunnel, and a transparent plate is installed by combining mutually overlapping structures; and an induction and drainage unit protruding from the surface of the first transparent plate coupling part to one side in the width direction to cover the second transparent plate coupling part and to close a gap formed between the surface of the second transparent plate coupling part and drain water to the outer road surface of the tunnel.
본 발명은 통상의 아치 형상을 이루는 터널의 상부에 대응토록 투명판의 설치를 용이하게 하면서도 방음패널 내부로의 수밀성을 확보할 수 있도록 한 수밀도를 높인 방음패널 및 이를 구비한 방음터널에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 구성은, 터널의 상부 폭 방향을 따라 다수가 등간격으로 배치를 이루고, 상호 겹쳐지는 구조의 결합을 이루어 투명판이 설치되는 제1투명판결합부와 제2투명판결합부로 이루어진 프레임; 및 상기 제1투명판결합부의 표면에서 폭 방향 일측으로 돌출 형성되어 상기 제2투명판결합부를 덮어 상기 제2투명판결합부 표면과의 사이에 형성된 틈을 막으며 물이 터널의 외측 노면으로 배수되도록 하는 유도배수부;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
