The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an LTCC heterojunction module (10). The method for manufacturing an LTCC heterojunction module includes: a first step (S100) of forming a module (12) having a relatively low dielectric constant; a second step (S110) of forming a joint groove (14) concave to a predetermined depth on the upper surface of the module (12); a third step (S120) of bonding a capacitor (16) having higher permittivity than the module (12) to the inside of the joint groove (14); and a fourth step (S130) of firing the module and capacitors (14, 16).
본 발명은 LTCC 이종 접합 모듈(10)의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 그러한 LTCC 이종 접합 모듈의 제조방법은, 상대적으로 저유전율을 갖는 모듈(12)을 형성하는 제 1단계(S100)와; 모듈(12)의 상면에 일정 깊이로 오목하게 접합홈(14)을 형성하는 제 2단계(S110)와; 접합홈(14)의 내부에 모듈(12) 보다 고유전율을 갖는 캐패시터(16)를 접합하는 제 3단계(S120)와; 그리고 모듈 및 캐패시터(14,16)를 소성하는 제 4단계(S130)를 포함한다.

본 발명은 LTCC 이종 접합 모듈(10)의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 그러한 LTCC 이종 접합 모듈의 제조방법은, 상대적으로 저유전율을 갖는 모듈(12)을 형성하는 제 1단계(S100)와; 모듈(12)의 상면에 일정 깊이로 오목하게 접합홈(14)을 형성하는 제 2단계(S110)와; 접합홈(14)의 내부에 모듈(12) 보다 고유전율을 갖는 캐패시터(16)를 접합하는 제 3단계(S120)와; 그리고 모듈 및 캐패시터(14,16)를 소성하는 제 4단계(S130)를 포함한다.
