RECYCLED BLOCKS MADE OF INCINERATION BOTTOM ASH FROM INDUSTRIAL WASTE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A recycled block made of incinerated flooring from business waste according to the present invention is configured by mixing a base material obtained by mixing (a1) 60-65 wt% of incinerated flooring from business waste, (a2) a base component, and (a3) 19-21 wt% of aggregates with an additive including (b1) at least one of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Arbocel cellulose, a copolymer (Vinapas) of vinyl acetate and ethylene, and an acryl copolymer (2-methyl-2-propenoic acid methyl ester polymer with 2-ethylhexyl 2-propenoate), and (b2) water (H_2O), wherein (a2) the base component is comprised of 15-20 wt% of ordinary Portland cement (OPC) or comprised of 10-12 wt% of blast furnace slag and 5-8 wt% of slaked lime (Ca(OH)_2). Accordingly, the costs can be saved and the effect of protecting the environment is given.
본 발명에서 제공하는 사업장 폐기물 소각바닥재를 재활용한 블록은, (a1) 사업장 폐기물 소각바닥재 60~65wt%, (a2) 베이스 성분, 그리고 (a3) 골재 19~21wt%를 혼합하여 형성되는 베이스재에, (b1) 하이드록시프로필 메틸셀룰로오스(Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), 아르보셀 셀룰로오스(Arbocel cellulose), 바이날 아세테이트와 에틸렌의 공중합체(Vinapas), 그리고 아크릴 공중합체(2-Methyl-2-propenoic acid methyl ester polymer with 2-ethylhexyl 2-propenoate) 중 적어도 하나와, (b2) 물(H2O)을 포함하는 첨가제를 혼합하여 조성되고, 상기 (a2) 베이스 성분은, OPC(Ordinary Portland Cement) 15~20wt%로 이루어지거나, 고로슬래그 10~12wt%와 소석회[Ca(OH)2] 5~8wt%로 이루어진다.
