RECYCLED BLOCKS OR CIVIL STRUCTURE MADE OF INDUSTRIAL WASTE GENERATED DURING THE ALUMINIUM MANUFACTURING PROCESS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A block or civil structure made by recycling aluminum waste foundry sand provided in the present invention is composed by mixing a base material which is formed by mixing (a1) 60-65 wt% of washed aluminum waste foundry sand, (a2) base elements and (a3) 19-21 wt% of aggregates with an additive containing at least one among (b1) hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, arbocel cellulose, copolymer of vinal acetate and ethylene (vinnapas), and acryl copolymer (2-methyl-2-propenoic acid methyl ester polymer with 2-ethylhexyl 2-propenoate) and water (H_2O). The washing agent of the (a1) comprises 70-90 wt% of water and 10-30 wt% of sodium hydroxide (NaOH) or 65-89 wt% of water, 10-30 wt% of sodium hydroxide and 1-5 wt% of linear akylbenzen sulfonate. A base element of the (a2) comprises 15-20 wt% of ordinary Portland cement (OPC), or 10-12 wt% of blast-furnace slag and 5-8 wt% of slacked lime (Ca(OH)_2). The purpose of the present invention is to propose a block or civil structure made by recycling aluminum waste foundry sands which is manufactured by replacing cement blocks with aluminum waste foundry sand.
본 발명에서 제공하는 알루미늄 폐주물사를 재활용한 블록 또는 토목 구조물은, (a1) 세척되어진 알루미늄 폐주물사 60~65wt%, (a2) 베이스 성분, 그리고 (a3) 골재 19~21wt%를 혼합하여 형성되는 베이스재에, (b1) 하이드록시프로필 메틸셀룰로오스(Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), 아르보셀 셀룰로오스(Arbocel cellulose), 바이날 아세테이트와 에틸렌의 공중합체(Vinapas), 그리고 아크릴 공중합체(2-Methyl-2-propenoic acid methyl ester polymer with 2-ethylhexyl 2-propenoate) 중 적어도 하나와, (b2) 물(H2O)을 포함하는 첨가제를 혼합하여 조성되며, 상기 (a1)의 상기 세척제는, 물 70~90wt%과 수산화나트륨(NaOH) 10~30wt%로 이루어지거나, 물 65~89wt%과 수산화나트륨 10~30wt%과 LAS(Linear Akylbenzen Sulfonate) 1~5wt%로 이루어지고, 상기 (a2) 베이스 성분은, OPC(Ordinary Portland Cement) 15~20wt%로 이루어지거나, 고로슬래그 10~12wt%와 소석회[Ca(OH)2] 5~8wt%로 이루어진다.
