A Joint Cover Structure of Exterior Panel for Building
The present invention relates to a joint cover structure of an exterior panel for construction which prevents leakage and creation of contaminants. The cover (10) is made of silicon material. Waterproofing tape (2) is attached to a lower portion of one side of the cover. A water-blocking steel plate (1) for blocking water infiltration is installed on the lower end of the waterproofing tape (2). A fixing bracket (5) for fixing the panel and a direct connection piece (4) for fixing the cover by penetrating the cover from the outside of the fixing bracket (5) are provided on a lower portion of the water-blocking steel plate (1). At least two separated rivets (3a, 3b) fastened to fix the fixing bracket (5) are provided. The cover (10) includes a welding part (w1, w2) welded to fix and reduce vibration on both sides thereof.
본 발명은 건축용 외장 패널의 줄눈 덮개 구조에 관한 것으로, 상기 덮개(10)는 실리콘 재질로 구성되고, 상기 덮개의 일측면 하부에 방수용 테이프(2)가 부착되고, 상기 방수용 테이프(2)의 하단에는 수분의 침투를 차단하기 위한 차수용 강판(1)을 설치하며, 상기 차수용 강판(1)의 하부에는 상기 패널을 고정하기 위한 고정용 브라켓(5)과; 상기 고정용 브라켓(5)의 외부에서 상기 덮개를 관통하여 고정시키기 위한 직결피스(4)를 구비하되; 상기 고정용브라켓(5)을 고정하기 위해 체결되는 적어도 2개의 분리된 리벳(3a,3b)을 구비하되, 상기 덮개(10)는 그 양측에 진동을 저감하고 고정하기 위해 용접처리한 용접부(w1.w2)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
