REMOVABLE FRAME FIXTURE
Provided is a frame fixture capable of minimizing the tolerance between frames with a simple structure where the vertical and horizontal frames are coupled to each other by inserting U-shaped insertion members having protrusions formed on both sides to C-shaped grooves formed on a wall of a connecting part. The removable frame fixture comprises the L-shaped connecting part inserted to a portion of a door frame where the vertical and horizontal frames are in contact with each other and having insertion grooves formed on vertical and horizontal inner walls, respectively; and the pair of insertion members inserted to the insertion grooves, respectively to couple the vertical and horizontal frames to each other and separated from the insertion grooves by the operation of a crimper.
연결부의 벽에 형성된 ㄷ자 형상을 갖는 홈에 양측에 돌기가 형성된 U 형상 삽입 부재를 삽입하여 수직 및 수평 프레임을 상호 결합함으로써 단순한 구조로 프레임간의 공차를 최소화할 수 있는 프레임 고정구가 제공된다. 상기 탈부착 가능한 프레임 고정구는 문틀의 수직 프레임와 수평 프레임이 상호 맞닿은 부분에 끼워져 수직 내벽 및 수평 내벽에 삽입 홈이 각각 형성되는 ㄴ자 형상을 갖는 연결부; 및 상기 삽입 홈에 각각 삽입되어 상기 수직 프레임 및 상기 수평 프레임을 상호 결합하도록 하고, 압착기의 조작에 의해 상기 삽입 홈으로부터 분리되는 한쌍의 삽입 부재를 포함한다.
