APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING PARKING WITHOUT PERMISSION
The present invention relates to an unauthorized parking prevention device that improves the convenience of use by enabling simple erection and folding operations without the need for a locking device and allows easy storage and maintenance. The unauthorized parking prevention device comprises: a blocking rod (10) provided to prevent parking; a pair of mounting plates (20) provided corresponding to the lower end of the blocking rod (10); a pair of side plates (30) attached to the upper surface of the mounting plate (20) on both sides of the blocking rod (10); a rotation support pin (40) penetrating the side plate (30) and rotatably fixing the lower end of the blocking rod (10); a horizontal rod (50) inserted into the side plate (30) and capable of being moved to be inclined up and down; and an elastic spring (60) installed between the rotation support plate and the horizontal rod (50).
본 발명은 잠금 수단을 구비하지 않고도 세우고 접는 작동이 간편하게 이루어져 사용상의 편의성이 향상되도록 하고 보관 및 유지관리가 간편하게 이루어지도록 하는 무단주차 방지 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 무단주차 방지 장치는 주차 방지를 위해 구비되는 차단봉(10)과, 상기 차단봉(10)의 하단에 대응하여 구비되는 한 쌍의 장착판(20)과, 상기 차단봉(10)의 양측으로 상기 장착판(20)의 상면에 한 쌍씩 부착되는 측면판(30)과, 상기 측면판(30)을 관통하여 상기 차단봉(10)의 하단을 회전 가능하게 고정시키는 회전지지핀(40)과, 상기 측면판(30)의 끼워져 상하로 경사지게 이동될 수 있는 수평로드(50)와, 상기 회전지지판과 수평로드(50) 사이에 설치되는 탄성스프링(60)을 포함한다.
