MATERIAL FOR RADIATING HEAT EPOXY COMPOUND FOR RADIATING HEAT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a heat dissipating material, which comprises the following steps of: preparing a porous carbon material by calcining the carbon material; manufacturing an alkylated ceramic filler by reacting a ceramic material with alkyl alcohol; and filling the pores of the porous carbon material with the alkylated ceramic filler by agitating and ultrasonicating the porous carbon material and the ceramic filler. An object of the present invention is to manufacture the heat dissipating material using the porous carbon-based material-based plate-like ceramic filler composite material and to implement an epoxy composite having improved heat dissipating characteristics using the same.
본 발명은 방열 소재의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 탄소 소재를 하소시켜 다공성 탄소 소재를 제조하는 단계, 세라믹 소재와 알킬알코올을 반응시켜 알킬화된 세라믹 필러를 제조하는 단계, 및 상기 다공성 탄소 소재와 상기 세라믹 필러를 교반 및 초음파 처리하여 다공성 탄소 소재의 공극에 알킬화된 세라믹 필러를 충진하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
