The present invention relates to an envelope-detachable hybrid wooden building, which can have a separated envelope structure installed outside a wooden building to separate the exterior from internal structures thereof, thereby achieving the unified exterior, planning internal spaces without the influence of restrictions on the exterior, minimizing the effects of external weather or pollution, saving energy, and providing a comfortable living environment. The envelope-detachable hybrid wooden building comprises: the body of a building being wooden; and a detachable envelope structure installed to surround the entire exterior of the body of the building, and spaced apart from the outer surface of the body of the building.
본 발명은 목조 건축물의 외부에 별도로 분리된 분리형 외피구조물을 설치함으로써, 외관과 내부 구조물을 분리하여 통일성 있는 외부 경관을 구현하면서도 외부 경관 제한의 영향 없이 내부 공간을 계획할 수 있으며, 외부 기후나 오염의 영향을 최소화하고, 에너지 절감은 물론 쾌적한 주거환경 제공이 가능한 외피 분리형 하이브리드 목조 건축물에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 외피 분리형 하이브리드 목조 건축물은 목조인 건물 본체; 및 상기 건물 본체의 외부 전체를 감싸도록 설치되고, 건물 본체의 외부면과 서로 이격되도록 구비되는 분리형 외피구조물; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
