The present invention relates to a skin-detachable hybrid earthen house. According to the present invention, an additionally separable skin structure is installed on the outside of the building main body, which is an earthen house. Therefore, an interior space can be planned without an influence of an exterior landscape restriction while an appearance and an interior structure are separated and a unified exterior landscape is realized. In addition, the influence of an exterior climate or pollution can be minimized, and energy saving as well as a pleasant living environment can be provided. The skin-detachable hybrid earthen house of the present invention comprises: the building main body, which is the earthen house; and the separable skin structure installed to surround the entire exterior of the building main body and spaced apart from the exterior surface of the building main body.
본 발명은 흙집인 건물 본체 외부에 별도로 분리된 분리형 외피구조물을 설치함으로써, 외관과 내부 구조물을 분리하여 통일성 있는 외부 경관을 구현하면서도 외부 경관 제한의 영향 없이 내부 공간을 계획할 수 있으며, 외부 기후나 오염의 영향을 최소화하고, 에너지 절감은 물론 쾌적한 주거환경 제공이 가능한 외피 분리형 하이브리드 흙집에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 외피 분리형 하이브리드 흙집은 흙집인 건물 본체; 및 상기 건물 본체의 외부 전체를 감싸도록 설치되고, 건물 본체의 외부면과 서로 이격되도록 구비되는 분리형 외피구조물; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
