Stink blocking drain trap using elastic force
The present invention relates to a drain trap for blocking bad smells using elastic force, which selects one among a single structure, a double structure, and a triple structure in accordance with a degree of bad smells to use a bad smell blocking member blocking a drain to improve blocking performance in stages by the degree of bad smells rising from the drain. The drain trap for blocking bad smells using elastic force comprises: a body (100) of a pipe shape allowing sewage to flow therein, and having a mounting part (110) extended and protruding along the upper end thereof to be placed on a drain; a shaft fixing part (200) positioned in the middle of the upper side of the body (100), integrally connected to the body (100) through connection ribs (210), and provided with a shaft hole (220) formed through the lower surface thereof; an insertion bar (300) having stopping grooves (310) separated and formed along the outer circumferential surface thereof, wherein the upper side thereof is fixed through the shaft hole (220) of the shaft fixing part (200); and an internal bad smell blocking membrane (400) having an insertion hole (401) formed through a middle portion thereof to be stopped and fixed on the stopping grooves (310) by inserting the insertion bar (300) therethrough, elastically deformed by the pressurization of sewage flowing thereinto through the body (100) to guide sewage to flow, and elastically restored when sewage does not flow thereinto to block the inside of the body (100) to block the discharge of bad smells rising from the drain.
본 발명은 하수구를 막는 악취차단부재를 악취의 냄새 정도에 따라 단일구조, 이중구조 또는 삼중구조 중 선택하여 사용함으로써, 하수구로부터 올라오는 악취의 냄새 정도 별로 차단성능을 단계별로 향상시켜 주는 탄성력을 이용한 악취차단 배수트랩에 관한 것으로, 하수가 유동되는 것으로, 배수구에 걸쳐지도록 상단을 따라 안치대(110)가 확장 돌출된 관체 형상의 몸체(100)와; 상기 몸체(100)의 상측 중앙 쪽에 위치되는 것으로, 상기 몸체(100)와 연결살(210)들을 통해 일체로 연결되고, 하면에 축공(220)이 관통형성된 축고정부(200)와; 상기 축고정부(200)의 축공(220)에 상측부가 관통되어 고정되는 것으로, 외주면을 따라 걸림홈(310)들이 이격 형성된 끼움봉(300)과; 상기 끼움봉(300)을 관통하여 상기 걸림홈(310)들에 걸려 고정되게 중앙 부위에 삽입공(401)이 관통형성되는 것으로, 상기 몸체(100)를 통해 유입되는 하수의 가압에 의해 탄성변형되어 유입되는 하수가 유동되게 안내하고, 하수의 유입이 없으면 탄성복원되어 상기 몸체(100)의 내부를 막아 하수구로부터 올라오는 악취의 유출을 차단하는 내부 악취방지막(400);을 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a drain trap for blocking bad smells using elastic force, which selects one among a single structure, a double structure, and a triple structure in accordance with a degree of bad smells to use a bad smell blocking member blocking a drain to improve blocking performance in stages by the degree of bad smells rising from the drain. The drain trap for blocking bad smells using elastic force comprises: a body (100) of a pipe shape allowing sewage to flow therein, and having a mounting part (110) extended and protruding along the upper end thereof to be placed on a drain; a shaft fixing part (200) positioned in the middle of the upper side of the body (100), integrally connected to the body (100) through connection ribs (210), and provided with a shaft hole (220) formed through the lower surface thereof; an insertion bar (300) having stopping grooves (310) separated and formed along the outer circumferential surface thereof, wherein the upper side thereof is fixed through the shaft hole (220) of the shaft fixing part (200); and an internal bad smell blocking membrane (400) having an insertion hole (401) formed through a middle portion thereof to be stopped and fixed on the stopping grooves (310) by inserting the insertion bar (300) therethrough, elastically deformed by the pressurization of sewage flowing thereinto through the body (100) to guide sewage to flow, and elastically restored when sewage does not flow thereinto to block the inside of the body (100) to block the discharge of bad smells rising from the drain.
