Stink blocking drain trap using elastic force
The present invention relates to an elastically movable drain trap, which enables a spring opening or closing a drain to be slidably coupled to an intermediate portion of the drain that does not bump against a user. The elastically movable drain trap comprises: a tubular body (100) through which sewage flows, and along an upper end of which a seating portion (110) is extended and protruded to be hung on a drain; a shaft fixing part (200) which is positioned at the center of an upper side of the body (100), is integrally connected to the body (100) through connecting ribs (210), and has a shaft hole (220) formed therethrough; a fitting rod (300) of which an upper side passes through the shaft hole (220) of the shaft fixing part (200) and which is positioned to be slidable; a bottom odor prevention part (500) which has a shaft hole (501) passing therethrough to fix the fitting rod so that a lower side of the fitting rod (300) passes therethrough and is slidable, and has a diameter greater than the outer diameter of the body (100) so that the upper surface thereof makes contact with the lower surface of the body (100), thereby blocking drain odors from flowing into the body (100); and an elastic part (600) which fixes the lower side of the fitting rod (300) to the upper surface of the bottom odor prevention part (500) and fixes the bottom odor prevention part so that the bottom odor prevention part (500) can be slid along the lower side of the fitting rod (300) by the weight of sewage flowing thereinto.
본 발명은 배수구를 개방 또는 폐쇄시키는 스프링을 사용자와 부딪히지 않는 배수구 중간 부분에 슬라이딩 이동가능하게 결합되는 구조로 이루어진 탄성이동형 배수트랩에 관한 것으로, 하수가 유동되는 것으로, 배수구에 걸쳐지도록 상단을 따라 안치대(110)가 확장 돌출된 관체 형상의 몸체(100)와; 상기 몸체(100)의 상측 중앙 쪽에 위치되는 것으로, 상기 몸체(100)와 연결살(210)들을 통해 일체로 연결되고, 축공(220)이 관통형성된 축고정부(200)와; 상기 축고정부(200)의 축공(220)에 상측부가 관통되어 슬라이딩 이동가능하게 위치되는 끼움봉(300)과; 상기 끼움봉(300)의 하측부가 관통되어 슬라이딩 이동가능하도록 축공(501)이 관통되어 고정되는 것으로, 상기 몸체(100)의 외경보다 큰 직경을 갖아 상면이 상기 몸체(100)의 하면이 접촉되어, 하수구의 악취가 상기 몸체(100) 쪽으로 유입되는 것을 차단시키는 하단 악취방지부(500)와; 상기 끼움봉(300)의 하측부가 상기 하단 악취방지부(500) 상면 쪽에 고정시켜 주되, 유입되는 하수의 자중에 의해 상기 하단 악취방지부(500)가 상기 끼움봉(300)의 하측부를 따라 슬라이딩 이동가능하게 고정시켜주는 탄성부(600);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to an elastically movable drain trap, which enables a spring opening or closing a drain to be slidably coupled to an intermediate portion of the drain that does not bump against a user. The elastically movable drain trap comprises: a tubular body (100) through which sewage flows, and along an upper end of which a seating portion (110) is extended and protruded to be hung on a drain; a shaft fixing part (200) which is positioned at the center of an upper side of the body (100), is integrally connected to the body (100) through connecting ribs (210), and has a shaft hole (220) formed therethrough; a fitting rod (300) of which an upper side passes through the shaft hole (220) of the shaft fixing part (200) and which is positioned to be slidable; a bottom odor prevention part (500) which has a shaft hole (501) passing therethrough to fix the fitting rod so that a lower side of the fitting rod (300) passes therethrough and is slidable, and has a diameter greater than the outer diameter of the body (100) so that the upper surface thereof makes contact with the lower surface of the body (100), thereby blocking drain odors from flowing into the body (100); and an elastic part (600) which fixes the lower side of the fitting rod (300) to the upper surface of the bottom odor prevention part (500) and fixes the bottom odor prevention part so that the bottom odor prevention part (500) can be slid along the lower side of the fitting rod (300) by the weight of sewage flowing thereinto.
