Rear door opening and closing structure of cargo box
The present invention relates to a rear door opening and closing structure of a cargo box for cargo transportation, which is operated in a foldable manner by the operation of a controller while being completely opened to the upper side. In a structure in which a rear door is mounted at the rear side of a cargo box for cargo transportation in which a loading space is made in a box shape, the structure of the rear door is composed of a rear surface panel divided into upper and lower parts. The upper end of the divided panel is configured in a foldable manner while being vertically rotated by means of a rear shaft. The panel is linked with a driving device to receive driving force of the driving device to control the rotating motion of the rear surface panel such that the rear door may be automatically opened and closed. The driving device allows a cylinder and piston structure to be linked with a door link to be operated or allows a driving arm to be mounted on a driving shaft to be linked and operated such that the rear door may be automatically opened and closed by the maneuver of the user. The folding operation may be stably performed such that the structure for opening the rear door may minimize the operating radius of the rear surface panel. The present invention may be opened in various shapes depending on logistics sites. Therefore, safety in cargo transportation and loading and unloading works may be enhanced.
본 발명은 컨트롤러의 조작에 의하여 접이식으로 작동하면서도 완전하게 상부측으로 완전한 개방이 이루어지는 화물운송용 적재함의 리어도어 개폐구조에 관한 것으로, 적재공간이 박스형태로 이루어지는 화물운송용 적재함의 후방에 리어도어가 장착되는 구조에서, 상기 리어도어의 구조를 상,하로 분할되는 후면패널로 구성하되, 분할된 패널의 상단을 리어축에 의하여 상하 방향으로 회동이 이루어지도록 하면서 접이식으로 구성하고, 그 패널을 구동장치와 연계하여 구동장치의 동력을 전달받아 후면패널의 회동 동작을 제어함으로써 자동으로 리어도어의 개폐가 이루어지도록 하며, 상기 구동장치는 실린더와 피스톤 구조에 도어링크를 연계하여 동작시키거나 구동축에 구동암을 장착하여 연계하여 동작시킴으로써 사용자의 조작에 의하여 리어도어의 자동개폐를 수행함은 물론, 안정적으로 폴딩 작동이 이루어지도록 함으로써 리어도어를 개방하는 구조가 후면패널의 작동반경을 최소화하고, 물류현장에 따라 다양한 형태로 개방할 수 있으며, 안전하게 화물의 운송 및 상하차 작업을 수행할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a rear door opening and closing structure of a cargo box for cargo transportation, which is operated in a foldable manner by the operation of a controller while being completely opened to the upper side.
