The present invention relates to a structure for preventing a door from being unclosed, which comprises: a door frame upper frame forming an upper portion of a door frame; a hinge unit which is installed inside the door frame upper frame, and when the open door leaf is closed, protrudes and rotates a hinge shaft installed at the bottom so that the door leaf is closed with the rotation of the hinge shaft; and an unclosed state prevention means for preventing the door leaf from being inadvertently closed without reaching the completely closed position at a lower portion of the door frame upper frame when the door leaf is closed by the operation of the hinge unit.
본 발명은 도어의 덜닫힘 방지구조에 관한 것으로서, 문틀의 상부를 이루는 문틀상부프레임; 상기 문틀상부프레임의 내부에 설치되어 개방된 문짝이 닫힐 때, 하부에 돌출되어 설치된 힌지축을 회전시켜 상기 힌지축의 회전과 함께 상기 문짝이 닫히도록 하는 힌지유닛; 및 상기 힌지유닛의 작동에 의해서 상기 문짝이 닫히게 될 때, 상기 문짝이 상기 문틀상부프레임의 하부에 완전히 닫히는 위치까지 이르지 않고, 상기 문짝이 덜닫히는 것을 방지하는 덜닫힘 방지수단;으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
