Construction method of drainage trench
The present invention relates to a drainage trench construction method, which prevents contaminants, such as water and food leftovers, from being introduced or inserted. The drainage trench (T) includes an emission duct (100) formed with a structure having a certain length, having an empty inside, and an open upper surface to be formed with an inlet (102), and a fastening unit (120) including a horizontal plate (122) formed to be bent outward from both sides of the inlet (102) and a vertical plate (124) formed to be bent downward from an end of the horizontal plate (122). An insertion hole (126) is drilled in an upper part of the vertical plate (124) with a predetermined size and pattern. The drainage trench (T) is put on a construction point, and concrete is placed to a certain height under an upper end of the vertical plate (124) to form a concrete layer (300). A resin-based finishing material (400) is applied on the concrete layer (300) to a thickness reaching the upper end of the vertical plate (124), and the resin-based finishing material (400) is hardened in a state of being inserted into the fastening unit (120), which is a resin chamber, through the insertion hole (126), so that the resin-based finishing material (400) forms integration with the fastening unit (120). Accordingly, the drainage trench (T) is integrated with the resin-based finishing material (400), and thus is constructed to be laid on the bottom.
본 발명은 배수 트렌치 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 일정길이를 이루어 내부가 비고 상면이 개방되어 입구(102)가 형성된 구조를 이루는 배출덕트(100)와, 상기 입구(102) 양측에서 외측으로 꺾여 형성되는 수평판(122)과 상기 수평판(122) 끝단에서 아래로 꺾여 형성되는 수직판(124)을 포함하는 결속부(120)를 포함하되, 상기 수직판(124) 상부에는 인서트공(126)이 소정의 규격과 패턴을 이루며 천공되는 배수 트렌치(T)를 구비하고, 상기 배수 트렌치(T)를 시공 지점에 두고 상기 수직판(124) 상단 아래로 일정한 높이까지 콘크리트를 타설하여 콘크리트층(300)을 형성하는 한편, 상기 콘크리트층(300) 위로 상기 수직판(124) 상단에 이르는 두께로 레진계열의 마감재(400)를 도포하여 상기 레진계열의 마감재(400)가 상기 인서트공(126)을 통해 레진 체임버인 상기 결속부(120) 내부로 진입한 상태에서 경화됨으로써 상기 결속부(120)와 일체화를 이루어, 상기 배수 트렌치(T)가 상기 레진계열의 마감재(400)와 일체화를 이루게 하며 바닥에 매립되게 시공하는 배수 트렌치 시공방법에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 배수 트렌치 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 일정길이를 이루어 내부가 비고 상면이 개방되어 입구(102)가 형성된 구조를 이루는 배출덕트(100)와, 상기 입구(102) 양측에서 외측으로 꺾여 형성되는 수평판(122)과 상기 수평판(122) 끝단에서 아래로 꺾여 형성되는 수직판(124)을 포함하는 결속부(120)를 포함하되, 상기 수직판(124) 상부에는 인서트공(126)이 소정의 규격과 패턴을 이루며 천공되는 배수 트렌치(T)를 구비하고, 상기 배수 트렌치(T)를 시공 지점에 두고 상기 수직판(124) 상단 아래로 일정한 높이까지 콘크리트를 타설하여 콘크리트층(300)을 형성하는 한편, 상기 콘크리트층(300) 위로 상기 수직판(124) 상단에 이르는 두께로 레진계열의 마감재(400)를 도포하여 상기 레진계열의 마감재(400)가 상기 인서트공(126)을 통해 레진 체임버인 상기 결속부(120) 내부로 진입한 상태에서 경화됨으로써 상기 결속부(120)와 일체화를 이루어, 상기 배수 트렌치(T)가 상기 레진계열의 마감재(400)와 일체화를 이루게 하며 바닥에 매립되게 시공하는 배수 트렌치 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
