Composition for porcelain tile manufacturing method thereof and porcelain tile manufactured through the same

A method for manufacturing a composition for porcelain tile, with reduced water absorption, improved mechanical strength, and improved durability, is provided. The method for manufacturing the composition for porcelain tile comprises the steps of: manufacturing granular powder for porcelain tile containing clay, feldspar, pottery stone, and silica stone; and adding waste tiles and waste glass to the granular powder to produce the composition for porcelain tile, wherein particle sizes of the granular powder, waste tiles, and waste glass are controlled differently to lower a firing temperature of the porcelain tile manufactured using the composition for porcelain tile to less than 1200℃ in the step of manufacturing the composition for porcelain tile.

도자타일용 조성물의 제조방법이 제공된다. 상기 도자타일용 조성물의 제조방법은, 점토(Clay), 장석(Feldspar), 도석(Pottery stone), 및 규석(Silica stone)을 포함하는 도자타일용 과립분말을 제조하는 단계, 및 상기 과립분말에 폐타일, 및 폐유리를 첨가하여 도자타일용 조성물을 제조하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 도자타일용 조성물을 제조하는 단계에서, 상기 과립분말, 상기 폐타일, 및 상기 폐유리의 입도를 서로 다르게 제어하여, 상기 도자타일용 조성물을 통해 제조되는 도자타일의 소성 온도를 1200℃ 미만으로 낮추는 것을 포함할 수 있다.
