FLUID-INJECT TYPE SOUND INSULATION PANEL AND SOUND INSULATION STRUCTURE COMPRISING THE SAME
An embodiment of the present invention provides a fluid injection-type sound insulation panel, which is easily manufactured and lightweight, and a sound insulation structure including the same. Herein, the fluid injection-type sound insulation panel includes a pattern frame unit and an elastic film unit. The pattern frame unit includes: an edge frame forming multiple cells by being formed of a flexible material in horizontal and vertical directions; and a separation frame formed to be extended to an inner area of the cell and separating the inner area into a first pattern area and a second pattern area. The elastic film unit has: a first elastic film installed in the first pattern area; and a second elastic film installed in the second pattern area. The elastic film unit converts sound waves of air into elastic waves by blocking a moving route of the air. The edge frame and the separation frame are connected to each other with a first space on the inner side. The first space is filled with a fluid. Accordingly, strength is increased, and shape is maintained.
본 발명의 일실시예는 제조가 용이하고 경량화된 유체 주입식 차음판 및 이를 포함하는 차음 구조체를 제공한다. 여기서, 유체 주입식 차음판은 패턴 프레임부 그리고 탄성막부를 포함한다. 패턴 프레임부는 유연 소재로 형성되고 가로 및 세로 방향으로 형성되어 복수 개의 셀을 형성하는 테두리 프레임과, 셀의 내부 영역으로 연장 형성되어 내부 영역을 제1패턴영역 및 제2패턴영역으로 분리하는 분리 프레임을 가진다. 탄성막부는 제1패턴영역에 구비되는 제1탄성막 및 제2패턴영역에 구비되는 제2탄성막을 가지고, 공기의 진행 경로를 막아 공기의 음파를 탄성파로 변환한다. 테두리 프레임 및 분리 프레임은 내측에 제1공간을 가지고 서로 연통되며, 제1공간에 유체가 채워짐으로써 강도가 증가되어 형태가 유지된다.
