The present invention relates to a vehicle door handle cover for preventing door opening accidents, which is attached to a vehicle door handle, and comprises a vehicle door handle cover main body which is composed of a door handle cover and a double-sided tape for attachment to prevent door opening accidents. Because the main body is mounted, the user may be prevented from opening a vehicle door by using a hand closer to the door handle by habit, to prevent door opening accidents, thereby reducing bodily damages caused by unnecessary accidents and inefficiency in vehicle maintenance. Furthermore, because the vehicle door handle cover for preventing door opening accidents is mounted, the vehicle door is required to be opened by using a hand farther from the handle, thereby naturally enabling the user to check behind the shoulder or to turn the head to firstly check the rear side at the same time. 본 발명은 자동차 도어 핸들에 부착하는 개문사고 예방을 위한 자동차 도어 손잡이 커버로서 도어 손잡이 커버와 부착을 위한 양면 테이프로 구성된 개문사고 예방을 위한 자동차 도어 손잡이 커버 본체; 상기 본체의 장착을 통해 버릇처럼 도어 핸들과 가까운 쪽의 손을 이용하여 차문을 개방하지 못하도록 함으로써 개문사고를 예방함으로써 불필요한 사고에 따른 신체적 손상과 자동차 정비의 비효율을 줄일 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한, 상기 개문사고 예방을 위한 자동차 도어 손잡이 커버도어를 장착함으로써 핸들로부터 먼 쪽에 있는 손을 이용하여 차문을 개방해야 하므로 자연스럽게 숄더 체크 또는 고개를 돌려 후방을 우선 확인하는 효과를 동시에 얻을 수 있다. 또한, 개문사고 예방을 위한 자동차 도어 손잡이 커버의 부착을 양면 테이프로 하기 때문에 필요에 따라 장착과 탈착이 간편하다는 장점이 있어 다른 자동차에도 손쉽게 장착이 가능하다.
