MANUFACTURING METHOD OF WATER-PERMEABLE BLOCK FOR RECYCLING WASTE MATERIAL AND THIS WATER-PERMEABLE BLOCK
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a water-permeable block recycling waste materials and a water-permeable block thereof, wherein the manufacturing method manufactures a water-permeable block with improved functions by using waste plastic, thereby enabling resources recycling and environmental protection while minimizing breakage of the water-permeable block to prevent accidents from occurring. To this end, the manufacturing method of a water-permeable block recycling waste materials comprises: a composite material crushing step which crushes composite materials containing waste plastic, waste rubber, and waste shells; a mixing step which mixes the composite materials with a binder serving as an adhesive; a water-permeable block molding step which fills the mixed materials into a mold in a block shape to manufacture a block; and a coating step which coats a photocatalyst comprised of titanium oxide (TiO_2) on a surface of the manufactured block.
본 발명은 폐플라스틱을 이용하여 기능이 향상된 투수 블록을 제작함으로써 자원 재활용과 환경보호를 하면서도 투수 블록의 깨짐을 최소화하여 사고 발생을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 폐기물 재활용 투수 블록의 제조방법 및 그 투수 블록에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 폐기물 재활용 투수 블록의 제조방법은 폐플라스틱과 폐고무 및 폐조개를 포함하는 복합소재를 분쇄하는 복합소재 분쇄단계, 상기 복합소재와 접착제 기능을 하는 바인더를 혼합하는 혼합단계, 혼합한 재료들을 블록 형태의 금형에 채워 넣고 블록을 제작하는 투수 블록 성형단계 및 제작된 블록의 표면에 이산화티탄(TiO₂)으로 이루어진 광촉매를 코팅하는 코팅단계를 포함한다.
