- Composite Beam-Deck Using Deck Plate and Method of Manufacturing the Same
A composite beam-deck is provided. The composite beam-deck includes a demold beam-deck with one end of each lying on at least two sides of a column structure and a connecting structure for connecting adjacent demold beam-decks across the column structure to each other. The demold beam-deck includes a deck module having a pouring space inside where concrete forming a beam is poured, a plurality of support frames spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the deck module and supporting the outer lower and side parts of the deck module, and a plurality of spacers provided on the inner lower and side parts of the deck module and screwed to the deck module so that the deck module can be demolded from a beam after the concrete is cured and the beam is completed. The deck module includes a lower deck in which adjacent ends of a plurality of lower deck plates are combined to overlap horizontally and a side deck in which a plurality of side deck plates are stacked vertically on both ends in the width direction of the lower deck. The support frame includes a lower bar supporting the lower deck and side columns spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the lower bar to respectively support the side deck. Accordingly, a composite beam-deck and a manufacturing method thereof that can be applied to beams of various specifications and maximize manufacturing efficiency can be provided.

A composite beam-deck is provided.
