Grouting liquid injection apparatus having the mixing guide grouting method
The present invention relates to a grouting construction method which is executed by using a grouting solution injection apparatus having a backflow prevention valve for preventing the backflow of a grouting solution, and a mixing guide and first and second mixing guides for smoothly mixing a grouting solution which is used for a grouting work executed to stabilize the ground by performing grouting with respect to a cracked unit and a hollow unit which are formed at a tunnel rock by excavating the rock to form a tunnel or reinforce the soil bearing power of the soft ground and block water leakage. Here, the grouting solution injection apparatus improves the spring of the backflow prevention valve which is mounted to prevent the backflow of the grouting solution injected into the ground within a lower fastening unit. Furthermore, a silicate (or sodium silicate) solution, which is the grouting solution used as an injection material, is improved, thereby improving a water blocking function and a soil bearing power, and providing a pollution prevention effect for underground water.
본 발명은 연약지반의 지내력 보강과 누수를 차단하기 위하여 실시하거나 또는 터널을 형성하기 위하여 암반을 굴착하면서 터널 암반에 형성된 균열부 및 동공부에 대한 그라우팅을 실시하여 지반을 안정화시키기 위하여 실시하는 그라우팅 작업에 사용하는 그라우팅 액의 원활한 혼합을 위한 제1,2 혼합 가이드와 믹싱 가이드 및 그라우팅 액의 역류를 방지하기 위한 역류방지 밸브를 장착한 그라우팅액 주입장치를 이용하여 실시하는 그라우팅 시공방법에 있어서, 상기 그라우팅 액 주입장치는 하부 체결부내에 지반에 주입된 그라우팅 액의 역류를 방지하기 위해 장착한 역류방지밸브의 스프링을 개선하고 주입재료인 그라우팅액인 규산염(또는 규산 나트륨)용액을 개량하여 차수 기능 및 지내력 강도를 높이고 지하수의 오염방지효과를 가지는 시공방법이다.
