EXPANSION JOINT FOR STABILITY OF UPPER SUPPORT OF FORMWORK BEAM CONSTRUCTION

The present invention relates to a mold for beam construction formed by coupling side plates (20) uprightly with both left and right ends of a lower plate (10), respectively, and arranging a space part (8) to be filled with concrete and having a U-stirrup (40) fitted into the space part (8), wherein an expansion joint (70) for expanding a placement area is coupled to stably couple a deck panel (DP) for ceiling construction with the upper end of the side plates (20), wherein the expansion joint (70) includes a horizontal extension part (71) extended more outward than the length of a horizontal bead (24) of the side plates (20) and forms a ring part (73) bent to form an acute angle from the horizontal extension part (71) to the inside of a lower part thereof on the inside of the horizontal extension part (71), thereby causing a bent part (75) to be engaged with a bent part (28) of the side plates (20) while causing the horizontal extension part (71) and the ring part (73) to be tightly coupled to the horizontal bead (24) and a concatenation ring (26) of the side plates (20), and, in a state in which a vertical bar (40b) of the U-stirrup (40) is in contact with the bent part (75), organically integrating the vertical bar with the bent part through a fixing clip (50) formed by bending steel wires multiple times, such that the coupling state can be substantial without welding.

본 발명은 하부판(10)의 좌우 양측 단부에는 각각 측판(20)이 직립으로 결합되게 하여 내측으로 콘트리트가 채워질 수 있는 공간부(8)가 마련되게 하며 상기 공간부(8) 내에는 U스트럽(40)이 직립으로 끼움 결합되도록 하여 구성되는 보 시공용 거푸집에 있어서, 측판(20) 상단에 천장 시공을 위한 데크패널(DP)을 안정적인 결합을 위하여 거치면적을 확장되게 하기 위한 확장결합대(70)를 결합하되, 확장결합대(70)는 측판(20)의 수평비드(24)의 길이보다 외측으로 연장되는 수평연장부(71)를 구비하고 수평연장부(71)의 내측에는 수평연장부(71)로부터 하부 내측으로 예각을 이루도록 절곡되는 고리부(73)를 형성하여, 절곡부(75)가 측판(20)의 절곡부(28)게 걸림되게 하면서도 수평연장부(71)와 고리부(73)가 측판(20)의 수평비드(24)와 연접고리(26)에 밀착 결합되게 하고, 상기 절곡부(75)에 U스트럽(40)의 세로대(40b)가 접촉되게 한 상태에서 철선을 여러 번 절곡하여 구성되는 고정클립(50)을 매개로 유기적으로 연합하여 용접 없이 견고한 결합상태가 되도록 하는 것이다.
