The present invention relates to a pile driver having a dust scattering prevention device and the objective of the present invention is to easily deploy a scattering prevention screen, maintain a deployed state, and facilitate folding during driving work. According to the present invention, the pile driver comprises: a blind guide rail provided vertically on both sides of a driving leader; a driving sprocket provided on the lower part of the blind guide rail; a driven sprocket provided on the upper part of the blind guide rail; a blind traction chain wound between the driving sprocket and the driven sprocket; a scattering prevention screen whose lower part is fixed to the front surface of the driving leader, such that the upper end is moved, folded, and deployed; a fixed blind frame fixed to the lower end of the blind guide rail to be provided to bind and support the lower end of the scattering prevention screen; a traction blind frame binding the upper end of the scattering prevention screen to be restrained by the blind traction chain to be lifted and lowered along the blind guide rail; a movable blind frame provided at equal intervals between the fixed blind frame and the traction blind frame to support the scattering prevention screen; and a sprocket driving means provided to be electrically coupled to the driving sprocket to be driven according to a user's operation. Accordingly, the pile driver provides effects of easily deploying the scattering prevention screen, maintaining the deployed state, and facilitating folding during driving work.
본 발명은 분진 비산 방지장치를 갖는 항타기에 관한 것으로서, 항타작업에 있어 비산방지막을 용이하게 전개하고 전개상태를 유지하며, 절접을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 함을 목적으로 한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 항타기에 있어서, 항타리더의 양측에 수직을 구비되는 가림막가이드레일과 상기 가림막가이드레일의 하부에 구비되는 구동스프라켓, 상기 가림막가이드레일의 상부에 구비되는 종동스프라켓, 상기 구동스프라켓과 종동스프라켓 사이에 감겨져 구비되는 가림막견인체인, 상기 항타리더의 전면에 하부가 고정되어 상단이 가동 절첩 및 전개되게 구비되는 비산방지가림막, 상기 가림막가이드레일의 하단 측에 고정되어 비산방지가림막의 하단을 결속지지할 수 있게 구비되는 고정가림막프레임, 상기 비산방지가림막의 상단을 결속하여 가림막견인체인에 구속되어서 가림막가이드레일을 따라 상하 승강되게 구비되는 견인가림막프레임, 상기 고정가림막프레임과 견인가림막프레임 사이에 등 간격으로 구비되어 비산방지가림막을 지지할 수 있게 구비되는 가동가림막프레임, 상기 구동스프라켓과 전동 결속되어 사용자의 조작에 따라 구동할 수 있게 구비되는 스프라켓구동수단으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명은 항타작업에 있어 비산방지막을 용이하게 전개되는 효과와 전개상태를 유지되는 효과를 가지며 절접을 용이하게 할 수 있는 효과를 갖는 것이다.

본 발명은 분진 비산 방지장치를 갖는 항타기에 관한 것으로서, 항타작업에 있어 비산방지막을 용이하게 전개하고 전개상태를 유지하며, 절접을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 함을 목적으로 한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 항타기에 있어서, 항타리더의 양측에 수직을 구비되는 가림막가이드레일과 상기 가림막가이드레일의 하부에 구비되는 구동스프라켓, 상기 가림막가이드레일의 상부에 구비되는 종동스프라켓, 상기 구동스프라켓과 종동스프라켓 사이에 감겨져 구비되는 가림막견인체인, 상기 항타리더의 전면에 하부가 고정되어 상단이 가동 절첩 및 전개되게 구비되는 비산방지가림막, 상기 가림막가이드레일의 하단 측에 고정되어 비산방지가림막의 하단을 결속지지할 수 있게 구비되는 고정가림막프레임, 상기 비산방지가림막의 상단을 결속하여 가림막견인체인에 구속되어서 가림막가이드레일을 따라 상하 승강되게 구비되는 견인가림막프레임, 상기 고정가림막프레임과 견인가림막프레임 사이에 등 간격으로 구비되어 비산방지가림막을 지지할 수 있게 구비되는 가동가림막프레임, 상기 구동스프라켓과 전동 결속되어 사용자의 조작에 따라 구동할 수 있게 구비되는 스프라켓구동수단으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명은 항타작업에 있어 비산방지막을 용이하게 전개되는 효과와 전개상태를 유지되는 효과를 가지며 절접을 용이하게 할 수 있는 효과를 갖는 것이다.
