Building materials using graphene and their manufacturing methods
The present invention relates to a building material used for a building such as an office building, an apartment complex, a row house, and the like and, more specifically, to a building material using graphene and a production method thereof, wherein graphene powder is mixed with a raw material of a building material made of Styrofoam to produce a building material such as an insulating material, so the building material has not only excellent insulation properties, but also outstanding durability against external shocks not to be easily broken or deformed. In addition, the building material is eco-friendly and has excellent fire resistance. The production method of a building material using graphene according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a mixing step of mixing raw material of a building material made of Styrofoam with graphene powder and an eco-friendly non-flammable inorganic binder at a predetermined ratio; an agitation step of agitating the mixture of the raw material of a building material, the graphene powder, and the eco-friendly non-flammable inorganic binder; a heating and formation step of heating and compressing the agitated raw material into a building material; and a cooling step of cooling the formed building material.
본 발명은 빌딩이나 아파트 또는 빌라 등의 건축물에 사용되는 건축자재에 관한 기술로서, 스티로폼 재료로 이루어진 건축자재 원료에 그래핀(Graphene) 파우더를 혼합하여 단열재 등의 건축자재를 제조함으로써, 단열성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 쉽게 부서지거나 변형되지 않아 외부 충격에 대한 내구성이 뛰어나고, 환경 친화적인 한편 내화성이 우수한 그래핀을 이용한 건축자재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 기술이다. 이러한 본 발명의 실시예에서 그래핀을 이용한 건축자재의 제조방법은, 스티로폼 재료로 이루어진 건축자재 원료와 그래핀 파우더 및 친환경 불연성 무기질 바인더를 일정 비율로 섞는 배합공정→ 상기 배합된 건축자재 원료와 그래핀 파우더 및 친환경 불연성 무기질 바인더를 뒤섞어 혼합하는 교반공정→ 상기 교반된 원료를 가열 및 압착하여 건축자재를 만드는 가열 및 성형공정→ 상기 성형된 건축자재를 식히는 냉각공정을 포함한다.
