EMULSIFIED ASPHALT COMPOSITION FOR RAPID SETTING TYPE AND ASPHALT PAVEMENT CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME
In emulsified asphalt is used as tack coating of asphalt pavement or a surface coating agent of old asphalt pavement, provided are a rapid hardening type emulsified asphalt composition and a method for constructing asphalt pavement using the same capable of forming reinforced rapid hardening type emulsified asphalt by mixing an ionic inorganic compound, a polymer, an inorganic material reaction adsorbent, and a mineral reinforcement to improve phase stability of emulsified asphalt, adhesion, and hardening acceleration. In addition, by shortening a curing time of the emulsified asphalt, the present invention shortens a working time of asphalt pavement in an urban area and improves the adhesion. In addition, the present invention maintains strength in a constant hardening state regardless of non-fertilization state of the asphalt pavement.
아스팔트포장의 택코팅(Tack Coating) 또는 노후 아스팔트포장의 표면 코팅제로 사용되는 유화 아스팔트에 있어서, 유화 아스팔트의 상 안정성 및 부착성, 경화 촉진성을 향상시키기 위해 이온성 무기화합물, 폴리머, 무기재료 반응흡착제 및 광물질계 보강재를 혼합하여 보강한 급속경화형 유화 아스팔트를 형성할 수 있으며, 또한, 유화 아스팔트의 양생시간을 단축시킴으로써 도심지의 아스팔트포장의 작업시간을 단축시키고 접착성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 또한, 아스팔트포장의 불육 상태와 상관없이 일정한 경화 상태로 강도를 유지할 수 있는, 급속경화형 유화 아스팔트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 아스팔트포장 시공방법이 제공된다.
