In accordance with the present invention, provided is a window bottom airtight device capable of reinforcing windbreaking, soundproof and vibration-proof functions on the bottom of a window as well as coming in tight contact with a window frame and keeping the window airtight as soon as the window is closed, and moving apart from the window frame to prevent abrasion and deformation as soon as the window is opened, thereby continuously maintaining the functions. In accordance with the present invention, the window bottom airtight device includes: an airtight member installed in a longitudinal direction of a window frame in a lower part of the window frame to be moved between an airtightness maintaining position for coming in tight contact with the bottom surface of the window frame and an airtightness release position for moving apart from the bottom surface of the window frame; and an interlocking mechanism installed in the lower part of the window frame to move the airtight member to the airtightness maintaining position when the window is closed, and move the airtight member to the airtightness release position when the window is opened.
본 발명은 창호의 바닥에 대한 방풍, 방음 및 방진 기능을 더욱 강화시킬 수 있음은 물론, 창문을 닫음과 동시에 창틀에 밀착하여 기밀을 유지하고, 창문의 개방 조작과 동시에 창틀로부터 이격하여 마모 및 변형을 방지함으로써 기능을 지속적으로 유지할 수 있는 창호의 바닥 기밀장치를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 창호의 바닥 기밀장치는, 창문틀 하부에 창문틀의 길이방향으로 설치되어 창틀의 바닥면에 밀착하는 기밀유지위치와 창틀의 바닥면으로부터 이격되는 기밀해제위치 사이에서 이동하는 기밀부재와, 창문틀의 하부에 설치되어 창문의 닫힘시 상기 기밀부재를 기밀유지위치로 이동시키고, 창문의 열림시 상기 기밀부재를 기밀해제위치로 이동시키는 연동기구를 포함하여 이루어진다.
