The present invention relates to an airtight device for a window to prevent wind, rain water, dust, and noise from flowing from the outside. According to the present invention, an airtight device for a window comprises: an airtight member attached between rails of a window frame; rail grooves respectively formed in an upper and a lower side of a frame forming a window; a front end member attached to a front end of the frame; an upper protrusion and a lower protrusion formed in an upper portion and a lower portion of a bent portion at one side of the front end member; vertical mohair coupled in an outer surface of the bent portion; and an elastically airtight member attached to a portion wherein an upper end window and a lower end window of an internal side of an airtight member attachment unit are overlapped.
