본 개시의 일 실시예에 따르는 플랩형 주차차단기는 차량이 무단으로 출차를 시도하는 경우라도 내부 구동계와 같은 주요 부품이 손상되지 않도록 보호하는 브레이크 판을 구비하여, 내구성이 증대되고, 브레이크 판의 작동에 따른 내부 부품이 파손되더라도 내부 부품의 교환을 쉽게 하여 수리비 및 수리시간을 절감하도록 하는 플랩형 주차차단기를 제공한다.
