The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing pellets of asphalt concrete for road pavement and, more specifically, to an apparatus for manufacturing pellets of asphalt concrete for road pavement, which manufactures asphalt concrete in a pellet state. Disclosed is an apparatus for manufacturing ascon pellets for road pavement, which comprises: an outer support frame forming an outer frame; an inner support frame arranged and coupled to the outer support frame in a horizontal direction to generate a plurality of compartment rooms in an inner space of the outer support frame in a vertical direction; a stirring unit rotating and mixing an ascon additive for road pavement by applying heat; a pellet generation unit vertically moving in an upper direction to discharge the ascon additive melted in the stirring unit to a pressurization area of the stirring unit, and manufacturing ascon pellets by applying pressure to the melted ascon additive by vertically moving in a lower direction when a predetermined amount of the melted ascon additive is collected in the pressurization area of the stirring unit; and a control unit controlling operation of the pellet generation unit.
