FIREPROOF DOUBLE LAYER GLASS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a fire-retardant double-layer glass and a manufacturing method thereof. The fire-retardant double-layer glass according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: first and second panes; coating layers formed on the first and second panes, respectively; and a spacer for fixing the first and second panes with the coating layer spaced apart from each other, wherein the first and second panes on which the coating layer is formed are heated using a convection heating device, and can be formed by being quenched using a quenching device and strengthened by applying physical stress. According to the present invention, the fire-resistant double-layer glass is manufactured by applying a tempered glass process to low-e glass used as insulating glass.
본 발명은 방화 복층 유리 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 방화 복층 유리는 제1, 2 판유리; 상기 제1, 2 판유리에 각각 형성되는 코팅층; 및 상기 코팅층이 형성된 상기 제1, 2 판유리를 상호 이격시켜 고정하는 스페이서;를 포함하고, 상기 코팅층이 형성된 상기 제1, 2 판유리는 컨벡션(convection) 가열 장치를 이용해 가열되고 급냉 장치를 이용해 급냉되고 물리적 응력을 가하여 강화되어 형성될 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a fire-retardant double-layer glass and a manufacturing method thereof.
