FIREPROOF GLASS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to fire-resistant glass and a method for manufacturing the same. The method for manufacturing fire-resistant glass according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a low-E glass forming step of forming a silver film coating or a hard low-E coating on plate glass; a heating step of heating the coated plate glass by using a convection heating device; and a quenching step of quenching the heated plate glass by using a quenching device.
본 발명은 방화 유리 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 방화 유리의 제조 방법은 판유리에 은막 코팅 또는 하드로이 코팅을 형성하는 로이유리 형성 단계; 컨벡션(convection) 가열 장치를 이용해 코팅이 형성된 상기 판유리를 가열하는 가열 단계; 및 급냉 장치를 이용해 가열된 상기 판유리를 급냉하는 급냉 단계;를 포함하여 구성된다.
