The present invention provides a multi-purpose ground-mounted telescopic pole having a height adjustment function for safety, repairability, and prevention of safety accidents when installed on a road or sidewalk for wired or wireless connection using a television method (hereinafter referred to as 'CCTV') of transmitting an image to a receiver at a specific location. According to the present invention, in a length adjustment pole for ground installation of CCTV in the form of a pole installed on the ground, the length adjustment pole is provided so that it can be raised and lowered without external power supply, and the outside of the length adjustment pole is provided so that it can be accommodated inside without additional expansion. The length adjustment pole has the advantage of being stable and durable, as it is operated to adjust the height through the raising and lowering shaft rods by a rotary conversion unit inside a support unit so that the operator can adjust the height manually without the need for a separate external device, has the advantage of being able to use and maintain for a long period of time because there is no minor breakdown, and has the advantage of having structural airtightness as the essential components required for raising and lowering are housed inside, so that the components do not leak to the outside, and preventing breakdown due to the external environment.
특정 위치에 있는 수신자에게 화상을 전송하는 텔레비전 방식(이하 “CCTV”라 통칭함)을 이용하여 유선 또는 무선으로 연결할 수 있도록 도로 또는 인도에 설치할 때 CCTV의 안전성, 수리용이성 및 안전사고를 방지할 수 있는 높이조절기능을 갖는 다용도 지면설치용 길이조절대로 구성할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 지면에 설치되는 폴대 형태의 CCTV 지면설치용 길이조절대에 있어서, 상기 길이조절대는 외부전원 공급 없이 승·하강 시킬 수 있도록 구비하되, 그 길이조절대의 외면에는 부수 증설없이 내부에 수용되도록 구비한다. 별도의 외부 장치 필요없이 수동으로 작업자가 높낮이를 조절할 수 있도록 지지유닛 내부에 회전변환유닛에 의해 승·하강 축봉들을 통해 높낮이가 조절되도록 작동하여 안정하면서도 내구성을 보장받을 수 있는 이점이 있고, 잔고장이 없어 오랜기간 사용과 유지가 가능한 이점이 있으며, 승·하강에 필요한 필수 구성요소가 내부에 수용되어 외부로 누출되지 않도록 구조적인 밀폐성과 외부환경에 의한 고장을 방지할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
