An automatic drainage pipe insertion device for a concrete wall is disclosed. The disclosed device includes: a motor part that generates a rotational force; a spiral body part that is connected to the motor part and rotates and moves forward depending on the rotational force generated by the motor part, and has a spiral formed over an entire section; a perforated body part that extends from the spiral body part and inserts the drainage pipe into the concrete wall by rotating and moving forward together with the spiral body part in a state where a drainage pipe is fastened; a guide part that allows a through-hole connection by screw connection with the spiral body part and has a spiral formed inside to guide the rotational and forward movement of the spiral body part so as to be screw-connected with the spiral body part; and a support part that supports the guide part from below, thereby capable of solving problems of partial damage or cracking of the concrete wall, deterioration of construction quality, and increased cost.
