The present invention provides a base asphalt composition that is made by mixing 75 to 99 wt% of petroleum-based straight asphalt and 1 to 25 wt% of heavy vacuum gas oil or lubricating oil, wherein the petroleum-based straight asphalt has an absolute viscosity of 500 to 2,800 poise at 60℃ and a penetration degree of 40 to 150 at 25℃ according to ASTM standards, thereby increasing compatibility, dispersibility, and solubility with various polymer modifiers mixed in to enhance specific properties.
본 발명은 석유계 스트레이트 아스팔트 75 내지 99 중량%; 중질감압 가스오일(Heavy Vacuum Gas Oil) 또는 윤활기유 1 내지 25 중량%;가 혼합되고, 상기 석유계 스트레이트 아스팔트는, 60℃ 절대점도(Absolute Viscosity)가 500 ~ 2,800 포이즈(Poise)이며, ASTM규격에 따른 25℃ 침입도가 40 ~ 150인 것을 특징으로 하는 베이스 아스팔트 조성물을 제시함으로써, 특정 물성의 강화를 위해 혼입하는 다양한 고분자 개질재와의 상용성, 분산성, 용해도를 증대시킬 수 있도록 한다.
