HEATING DEVICE AND AEROSOL GENERATOR INCLUDING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a heating device applied to an aerosol generator and an aerosol generator including the heating device, and more particularly, to a heating device having a structure of increasing an aerosol generation amount by using heated air, and an aerosol generator including the heating device. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the heating device comprises: a first heating means in the form of a pipe into which a cigarette is inserted; a second heating means in the form of a pipe into which a cigarette is inserted, installed below the first heating means and communicating with the first heating means; a third heating means installed below the second heating means wherein the third heating means is in the form of a porous ceramic having a hollow vertically that communicates with the second heating means so that a heating wire is inserted into the porous ceramic; a housing formed so as to surround the first heating means, the second heating means, and the third heating means by being spaced apart from the first heating means, the second heating means, and the third heating means; and an airflow passage formed between the housing and the first heating means, between the housing and the second heating means, and between the housing and the third heating means. The airflow passage communicates with the hollow formed in the third heating means at a lower part of the third heating means.
본 발명은 에어로졸 발생장치에 적용되는 히팅 디바이스 및 이러한 히팅 디바이스를 포함하는 에어로졸 발생장치에 관한 것으로 특히 가열된 공기를 이용하여 에어로졸 발생량을 높혀줄 수 있는 구조를 구비하는 히팅 디바이스 및 이러한 히팅 디바이스를 포함하는 에어로졸 발생장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 히팅 디바이스는 궐련이 삽입되는 파이프 형태의 제1 히팅 수단과; 제1 히팅 수단의 하부에 설치되며, 제1 히팅 수단과 연통하여 궐련이 삽입되는 파이프 형태의 제2 히팅 수단과; 제2 히팅 수단의 하부에 설치되며, 제2 히팅 수단과 연통하는 중공이 상하로 관통하여 형성된 다공성 세라믹에 열선이 삽입된 형태를 구비하는 제3 히팅 수단과; 상기 제1 히팅 수단과 제2 히팅 수단 및 제3 히팅 수단과 이격되어 상기 제1 히팅 수단과 제2 히팅 수단 및 제3 히팅 수단을 감싸게 형성되는 하우징과; 상기 하우징과 상기 제1 히팅 수단 사이와 상기 하우징과 상기 제2 히팅 수단 사이 및 상기 하우징과 제3 히팅 수단 사이에 형성되는 기류 통로;를 포함하고, 상기 기류 통로는 상기 제3 히팅 수단의 하부에서 상기 제3 히팅 수단에 형성된 중공과 연통된다.

The present invention relates to a heating device applied to an aerosol generator and an aerosol generator including the heating device, and more particularly, to a heating device having a structure of increasing an aerosol generation amount by using heated air, and an aerosol generator including the heating device. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the heating device comprises: a first heating means in the form of a pipe into which a cigarette is inserted; a second heating means in the form of a pipe into which a cigarette is inserted, installed below the first heating means and communicating with the first heating means; a third heating means installed below the second heating means wherein the third heating means is in the form of a porous ceramic having a hollow vertically that communicates with the second heating means so that a heating wire is inserted into the porous ceramic; a housing formed so as to surround the first heating means, the second heating means, and the third heating means by being spaced apart from the first heating means, the second heating means, and the third heating means; and an airflow passage formed between the housing and the first heating means, between the housing and the second heating means, and between the housing and the third heating means. The airflow passage communicates with the hollow formed in the third heating means at a lower part of the third heating means.
본 발명은 에어로졸 발생장치에 적용되는 히팅 디바이스 및 이러한 히팅 디바이스를 포함하는 에어로졸 발생장치에 관한 것으로 특히 가열된 공기를 이용하여 에어로졸 발생량을 높혀줄 수 있는 구조를 구비하는 히팅 디바이스 및 이러한 히팅 디바이스를 포함하는 에어로졸 발생장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 히팅 디바이스는 궐련이 삽입되는 파이프 형태의 제1 히팅 수단과; 제1 히팅 수단의 하부에 설치되며, 제1 히팅 수단과 연통하여 궐련이 삽입되는 파이프 형태의 제2 히팅 수단과; 제2 히팅 수단의 하부에 설치되며, 제2 히팅 수단과 연통하는 중공이 상하로 관통하여 형성된 다공성 세라믹에 열선이 삽입된 형태를 구비하는 제3 히팅 수단과; 상기 제1 히팅 수단과 제2 히팅 수단 및 제3 히팅 수단과 이격되어 상기 제1 히팅 수단과 제2 히팅 수단 및 제3 히팅 수단을 감싸게 형성되는 하우징과; 상기 하우징과 상기 제1 히팅 수단 사이와 상기 하우징과 상기 제2 히팅 수단 사이 및 상기 하우징과 제3 히팅 수단 사이에 형성되는 기류 통로;를 포함하고, 상기 기류 통로는 상기 제3 히팅 수단의 하부에서 상기 제3 히팅 수단에 형성된 중공과 연통된다.
