GIRDER TOPPLING PREVENT SYSTEM AND GIRDER INSTALLATION METHOD USING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a continuous-type temporary girder overturn prevention system and a girder construction method using the same. The present invention comprises: a plurality of girders spaced apart in the width direction on two girder supports positioned at intervals from each other; a girder fixing unit fixing any one of the girders to the girder support; and a girder connection fixing unit connecting the fixed girder fixed by the girder fixing unit and a first adjacent girder adjacent to the fixed girder to fix the first adjacent girder. According to the present invention, when temporarily installing girders between two girder supports, which are bridge abutments and piers or piers, not only is the girders prevented from overturning, but also the work of fixing the girders is made easy and simple, thereby improving constructability.

본 발명은 연속형 가설 거더 전도방지 시스템 및 이를 이용한 거더 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 서로 간격을 두고 위치하는 두 개의 거더지지체들에 폭방향으로 서로 간격을 두고 거치되는 복수 개의 거더들; 상기 거더들 중 임의의 한 개 거더를 거더지지체에 고정하는 거더고정유닛; 및 상기 거더고정유닛에 의해 고정된 고정 거더와 그 고정 거더에 인접하는 제1 인접 거더를 연결하여 제1 인접 거더를 고정하는 거더연결고정유닛을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 두 개의 거더지지체들인 교량의 교대와 교각 또는 교각과 교각 사이에 거더들을 가설치 시 거더들이 전도되는 것을 방지할 뿐만 아니라 거더들을 고정하는 작업을 쉽고 간단하게 하여 시공성을 향상시킨다.
