본 발명은 차량용 창문 및 선루프의 제어 장치 및 제어 방법에 관한 것이다. 차량용 창문 및 선루프의 제어 장치는 제1 센서, 제2 센서, 카메라 및 제어기를 포함한다. 상기 제1 센서 및 제2 센서는 제1 감지 영역 및 제2 감지 영역을 각각 형성하고 제1 감지 영역 및 제2 감지 영역 내의 물체의 움직임을 각각 감지하도록 구성된다. 카메라는 제1 감지 영역 및 제2 감지 영역 내의 이미지 정보를 획득하도록 구성된다. 제어기는 제1 감지 영역 및 제2 감지 영역 내의 이미지 정보에 기초하여 제1 감지 영역 및/또는 제2 감지 영역 내의 물체가 사람의 손인지 여부를 판단하고, 제1 감지 영역 및/또는 제2 감지 영역 내의 물체가 사람의 손인 것으로 판단되면, 감지된 제1 감지 영역 및/또는 제2 감지 영역 내의 손의 움직임에 따라 차량용 선루프 제어 명령 및/또는 창문 제어 명령을 생성하고, 생성된 제어 명령을 이용하여 선루프 및/또는 창문을 제어하도록 구성된다.
The invention relates to a control device and a control method for windows and sunroofs of a vehicle. The apparatus includes a first sensor, a second sensor, a camera, and a controller. The first sensor and the second sensor are configured to respectively form a first sensing area and a second sensing area and respectively detect object actions in the first sensing area and the second sensing area; the camera is configured to acquire image information in the sensing area; the controller is configured to determine whether an object in the first and/or second sensing area is a hand of a person according to the acquired image information; when it is determined that the object in the sensing area is the hand of the person, a control instruction for a skylight and/or a window of the vehicle is generated according to the detected hand action, and the generated control instruction is sent to corresponding control equipment. By means of non-contact control over the sunroof and the car windows, the opening state of the sunroof can be changed, the positions of the car windows and the sunroof can be set in a user-defined mode, and all the car windows and the sunroof can be closed.
