강유전성 물질층을 포함하는 적층 구조체, 커패시터, 적층 구조체와 커패시터의 제조 방법 및 강유전성 물질층을 포함하는 소자에 관해 개시되어 있다. 개시된 강유전성 물질층을 포함하는 적층 구조체는 하부 구조체, 상기 하부 구조체 상에 배치된 강유전성 유도층 및 상기 강유전성 유도층과 접촉하도록 배치된 것으로, 적어도 상기 강유전성 유도층에 의해 사방정계(orthorhombic) 상(phase)이 지배적인 결정구조를 갖고 강유전성을 갖는 하프늄 지르코늄 산화물층을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 강유전성 유도층은 산화물을 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 강유전성 유도층은 인듐 갈륨 아연 산화물층이거나 이를 포함할 수 있다.
