AUTOMOBILE ROAD ON PERMAFROST
FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used for reconstruction and overhaul of motor roads on permafrost soils. Automobile road on permafrost soils under condition of non-uniformity of soils along the width of the base includes a roadbed and geo-synthetic material. In slope part of the roadbed on the side of the base with layers of frozen soil there is formed a thrust soil roll of mineral frost-free soil edged by reinforcing geo-synthetic material arranged in the underslope part of the motor road base and a part of the road bed slope in the form of a semi-collar in solid ice-soil mass formed as a result of action of heat stabilizers, submersed to the mark of permanently frozen soil super-face for fixing of reinforcing geo-synthetic material with pitch dependant on thermo-physical properties of bottom soil.EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of roadbed stability, reduction of vertical and horizontal deformations of the topping and bottom soil.1 cl, 1 dwg
Изобретение относится к области строительства и может быть использовано при реконструкции и капитальном ремонте автомобильных дорог на многолетнемерзлых грунтах. Автомобильная дорога на многолетнемерзлых грунтах при неоднородности грунтов по ширине основания содержит земляное полотно с размещением геосинтетического материала. В откосной части земляного полотна со стороны основания с прослоями из мерзлого грунта сформирован грунтовый упорный валик из минерального непучинистого грунта, окаймленный армирующим геосинтетическим материалом, размещенным в подоткосной части основания автомобильной дороги и части откоса земляного полотна в виде полуобоймы в прочном льдогрунтовом массиве, образованном в результате действия термостабилизаторов, погружаемых до отметки кровли многолетнемерзлых грунтов для закрепления армирующего геосинтетического материала, с шагом в зависимости от теплофизических характеристик грунтов основания. Технический результат состоит в повышении устойчивости земляного полотна, уменьшении вертикальных и горизонтальных деформаций покрытия, земляного полотна и грунтов основания. 1 ил.
