FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of building materials and products, in particular to the wall (building) and road (bridge) clinker brick, produced on the basis of stone-like clay raw materials, argillite and its varieties. Ceramic mass for the clinker bricks manufacturing, including argillite and water, contains argillite crushed to a size of less than 1.0 mm with 0–0.5 mm fraction content of not less than 80 %, and additionally apatite concentrate at the following ratio of components, wt%: said argillite is 76.5–83.5, apatite concentrate is 0.5–5.5, water is 16.0–18.0.EFFECT: increase in articles strength and reduction in water absorption.1 cl, 1 tbl
Изобретение относится к производству строительных материалов и изделий, в частности к стеновому (строительному) и дорожному (мостовому) клинкерному кирпичу, получаемых на основе камнеподобного глинистого сырья – аргиллита и его разновидностей. Керамическая масса для изготовления клинкерного кирпича, включающая аргиллит и воду, содержит аргиллит, измельченный до размера менее 1,0 мм при содержании фракции 0-0,5 мм не менее 80%, и дополнительно апатитовый концентрат при следующем соотношении компонентов, масс. %: указанный аргиллит 76,5-83,5, апатитовый концентрат 0,5-5,5, вода 16,0-18,0.
