REINFORCED STRUCTURE OF ROADBED
FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road construction, specifically to structures designed to reinforce slopes of soil structures. Reinforced structure of roadbed includes earth embankment reinforced by anchor system containing anchor slabs on slopes connected by transverse links with body of embankment. Earth embankment additionally contains on its surface layer of non-woven covering material intended for protection against washing of soil particles, and coating in form of spatial frame from metal mesh along length of embankment, filled with any coarse aggregate. Anchor plates are installed on slopes of spatial frame, besides, transverse links, pressing anchor plates to slopes of frame, are passed through layer of nonwoven covering material, spatial frame and holes in anchor plates, and base of structure is deepened.EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of resistance to suffusion processes, high reliability of structure.1 cl, 2 dwg
Изобретение относится к области дорожного строительства, а именно к конструкциям, предназначенным для укрепления откосов грунтовых сооружений. Усиленная конструкция земляного полотна включает земляную насыпь, укрепленную анкерной системой, содержащей анкерные плиты на откосах, соединенные поперечными тягами с телом насыпи. Земляная насыпь дополнительно содержит на ее поверхности слой нетканого укрывного материала, предназначенного для защиты от вымывания частиц грунта, и покрытие в виде пространственного каркаса из металлической сетки по длине насыпи, заполненного любым крупным заполнителем. Анкерные плиты установлены на откосах пространственного каркаса, причем, поперечные тяги, прижимающие анкерные плиты к откосам каркаса, пропущены через слой нетканого укрывного материала, пространственный каркас и отверстия в анкерных плитах, а основание конструкции заглублено.
