FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, particularly, to design of vertical cylindrical steel tank for storage of oil products. Cylindrical wall and bottom are connected to each other by structural element in form of toroidal transition with radius equal to radius of reservoir, with shelves of design size and thickness of sheet equal to thickness of wall of first belt, at that along the whole contour of wall between toroidal transition and foundation of the tank there is a step-pad.EFFECT: reduction of stress concentration in zone of connection of tank wall with bottom.1 cl, 4 dwg
Изобретение относится к области строительства, в частности к конструкции вертикального цилиндрического стального резервуара для хранения нефтепродуктов. Технический результат заключается в снижении концентрации напряжений в зоне соединения стенки резервуара с днищем. Цилиндрическая стенка и днище соединены между собой конструктивным элементом в виде тороидального перехода с радиусом, равным радиусу резервуара, с полками расчетного размера и по толщине листа, равной толщине стенки первого пояса, при этом по всему контуру стенки между тороидальным переходом и фундаментом резервуара устанавливается подпятник. 4 ил.
