The layered tamping method is adopted for construction, the design requirements of various storage tanks for the foundation bearing capacity, the foundation deformation and the foundation settlement difference can be met, construction equipment is flexible to move, the quality is easy to control, the equipment is easy to operate, the mechanical maintenance cost is low, the requirement for the surrounding environment is low, and noise is low; asphalt sand uniform matching is completed according to the mass and volume mixing ratio, and the requirement for construction of an asphalt sand insulating layer is met. And through control of relevant parameters of each layer, manufacturing of oil tank foundations built under different geological conditions is completed, and the design requirements are met.
